Maja Todorcheva
Maja is responsible for providing professional legal services to clients in variety of practice areas, including state aid regulations, IP law and personal data protection regulations.
Maja has Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, passed judicial exam and is a member of Macedonian Bar Association since 2018. She has more than 5 years of experience in legal matters in North Macedonia. Prior to becoming a part of Papazoski and Mishev Law Firm, she worked as legal counsel at other reputable law firms in North Macedonia.
Maja has worked on numerous projects in the corporate law, including due diligence and transaction support in M&A projects, corporate restructuring and consumer protection compliance projects. Her experience also includes working on employment-related issues and coordination of procedure for enforced payment for clients.
Upon the introduction of the GDPR and its transposition into the Macedonian legal framework, Maja has gained significant experience in GDPR implementation projects for corporate clients in healthcare, pharmacy, industry and retail sector.
Maja is authorised representative for industrial property at the State Office for Industrial Property of North Macedonia.
