Marija Nikolovska
Marija has Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, passed judicial exam and is a member of Macedonian Bar Association since 2020. She has more than 5 years of experience in legal matters in North Macedonia.
During her professional career at PwC North Macedonia, Marija has been participating in various engagements for regulatory compliance review and legal advising on compliance and governance matters to local and international clients in manufacturing and service oriented industries.
Marija deals with various long-term projects in the energy sector and provides legal consulting services related to development of RES energy generation plants. Marija has been involved in the due diligence process of one of the largest developed project for RES technologies in North Macedonia.
Marija has also extensive experience with advising clients operating in the energy market on compliance matters, licensing, reporting requirements etc.
Marija has also experience in transactions structuring and transactions implementation. In her career she has participated in designing optimal deal structures and has supported a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, spin-off, PPP etc.
