Vasko Sotkaroski
He is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association and has acquired a license to practice law in North Macedonia as of 2015.
Prior to joining the PwC team, Vasko was part of one of the biggest law firms in North Macedonia, and, until today, he has acquired significant work experience working in the Macedonian legal sector.
During his many years of professional experience working at high profile law firms, Vasko has worked on many major projects related to the operation of domestic and international companies, banks, financial companies and other financial institutions. This has made Vasko an expert in the fields of M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, competition, real estate and others.
During the day-to-day activities as attorney-at-law, Vasko has worked, cooperated, represented and undertook various activities for clients that operate in both the public and private sector, in projects which were related to the acquisition, development, management and disposal of companies, infrastructure and other assets.
Vasko has also participated in many PPP, concession and public procurement projects in various public fields in North Macedonia, including the energy sector, healthcare, tourism, skiing, public administration, agriculture, etc.
